Is PSS10 or KW Clubsport suspension better?
Hi,
Which is the better suspension for 90 percent rough mountain switchbacks and 10 percent track? I live in the mountains and am seldom on the freeway. Is the KW's ability to separately adjust rebound and dampening better or just make it more difficult to set up? Which works better with RS droplinks and sway bars? I am currently running H&R reds and Bilsteins with a M030 front swaybar and 24mm in the back.

I've heard great things about the KW V3's, though I've never run them. I currently run a re-sprung PSS10 with 8kg (~450 lbs)front 10kg (~560 lbs) rear springs with RS bars on Tarret drop links. The street ride is shockingly good with the dampers turned down.. And that's with solid Stomski upper mono *****/camber plate mounts. The PSS10's tuning is worlds better than the H&R green Bilstein HD's I replaced which came with the car when I acquired it.

KW V3's have transformed my car. I have them on 80% hard and love them on the street. On the track they are perfect! I can't comment on the PSS10's but a friend of mine had them on his STI, and when he drove my car, he was amazed at how good the KW's are in my car. Granted they are two different cars, but we are both good drivers and both of us like the KW V3's. My .02...

The car is now neutral with whiff of understeer at the limit on the medium of three settings. Much better than on stock rear swaybar. But that is with H&R red springs. If the PSS10 or KW has higher rear spring rates relative to front, I will have to reduce the size of the rear bar to keep the balance.
