Hi Vic -is your's the white one with the stickers that says something or other racing on the back and on the front wings?

You're not wrong about the weather - it was terrible, as was my son's behaviour, mainly due to the weather! He wasn't a fan of being there and refused to wear a rain coat even though it was pouring down.

For me it was good to be able to see some other 964s and compare details. Although there were not many cars out, it was still worth going.

Sunday... Sounds like a bit of me! Hopefully it'll be better weather-wise.

Rennlist meetup!

Before I bought my 964, I wouldn't have even envisioned half the adventures I've done in the past couple of years, so anything is possible...maybe one day my friend!

Best,
Udo

I'm not doing too well on the remember the car game - I really didn't get that much of a chance, rain, small satan-like 5 year-old.

That's my excuse - now it's your chance can you remember what Porsche you just saw? See if you can beat 1.40!

He stopped at a red light and... Bang! A car hit the car in the L/H rear quarter. Thankfully it wasn't a heavy hit, but it did mean the rear quarter had to be replaced. As I said the colour match is slightly out, and this is something I may address. Then again I may leave it... Check out what happened here - but I should add the newpapers reported it was pink, not purple;

Great story!!

All adds to the providence of the car knowing it had a kiss & cuddle with Diana's car

Beats my car was once owned by Derek bell or...blah blah...

Love it, superCool color on a 964!

Is it the same color as the 993 Turbo, Barney?

I can't say for certain, but if Barney's is 341 Flieder/Royal Purple/Lilac from 1972 - then yes. Glad you like it, either way... Thanks!

Default Hello

Hi all,

Second time around 964 C2 owner - had a coupe back in 1992, then a 968CS, followed by a 924 Carrera GT, long gap but just picked up a 964 C2 targa last week!

Couple of pics here

It's not in the best of fettle so will no doubt be along with questions and updates as the road to recovery proceeds!

Nice reading about your car's uniqueness; if it looks right and feels right it often is, as your first impressions proved!
