I did the clock fix about two years ago. No reoccurrence till now.

So I was able to get my scantool to work on my "new" pc and could read all functions except SRS/airbag.

What does that portend?

Does your scantool give you any hints as to why the light is on? I'm hoping yes.

By the way, my cab's airbag light is on too. Its one of the two front crash sensors. I need to find time to clean the sensor connectors.

mine comes on occasionally for no apparent reason. Both the air bag and seatbelt light come on. I reset it with my 964 Scantool and it is happy for a few months. Maybe it is an intermittent contact somewhere.

I had a software conflict issue.

I also cleaned the contacts and scantool now sees SRS/airbag and no error codes

What did you do to resolve the software conflict to make it work?

I have the same problem; unable to connect to the SRS Airbag.

Early 993, round connector T-OBD with scantool software, reads everything except SRS Airbag!

ps Rennlisters, feel free to jump in if you have a possible solution. I've read most threads on this, and been in contact with Tore about it. But so far, no luck
