Gary, Alex, going well thanks. It goes very well on track and is probably a little quicker than my old car round a lap. That should get better still as I get more used to it and get my head round that it's capable of taking more speed in to the turn. The weak point is the brake pedal which is very long compared to my 964. So at the moment I don't have the confidence to stamp on the brakes like I used to. Apparently an upgrade to a GT3 master cylinder cures that.

Thought it was just an evening session, did you guys do the day time one? I heard it was like ten pin bowling in the morning! Did you see the gtr that went down the barriers?
My first track day in the wet and to be fair the c2 was fine. Still managed to show the hoards of imprezzas and evo's the way round the track!

Yeah, didn't realise there was an evening session myself till we were chatting with the photographer....we set off at 4:30pm as Freedman in particular had a long drive back to 'sowf' London!!!

Ermm,.. yeah, at least 4 red flags with people trying hard to set lap records!

If you put a wheel off track, unsurprisingly the wet grass offered no traction!

Saw the car in the morning. Didn't see the accident happen, but the driver was on my list for a visit to the barriers.....you could tell the computer was working overtime to keep it on track.....had front, rear and side damage.....and was very promptly covered up when it was recovered back to the pits!

Did catch one of the seven type cars going off.....he'd been catching me gradually over the previous lap....but was sideways through a couple of corners and looked like he was in control......
