Seeing as things are starting to get finalised, is there a to-do list etc? I.e.book your own ferry/ hotel room/ track time etc. Also, what day are peeps leaving / coming home! Please excuse the newb questions!

Koenig - lets try and keep it to 964 owners for now as you can see numbers are quite high already. If we don't get as many booking or there are late withdrawals we can always open it to others.

Update: Just to let you know Jonny informed me he is still waiting for formal confirmation and contract from Spa for March date but its very likely to be 23/24th weekend. I will come back when confirmed

Guys - Jonny at BAT has confirmed the dates. It will be the weekend of the 23rd & 24th of March 2013

Bookings need to be made through the website www.bookatrack.com. You will need to register on the site with a username and password if you havent already.

The details are:

1. Saturday - £295
2. Sunday - £295
3. Saturday and Sunday - £500 (£90 discount if you do the double header)

Also as a freebie we will get allocated 1 pit garage per 4 cars as part of the group booking.

When you go to book you will see there is a tickbox the allows you to designate that you are part of the "London 964 Club". Please tick this as it will allow us to track all bookings but also help with number of garages required.

Also if you book Sat and Sunday there is a tickbox (on the Sunday booking) that also applies the double header discount.

In terms of payment you have a couple of options:

1. Pay 50% deposit now (select the "pay by bank transfer option" when checking out) and balance by 31.12 - and you still obtain the £90 discount
2. Pay 50% deposit now (select the "pay by bank transfer option" when checking out) and leave the balance until up to 7 days before the event. Impact is you wont get the £90 discount
3. Pay 100% now via credit card or paypal
4. For those only doing one day then its either A) 50% now and remaining up to 7 days before hand or B) 100% now - obviously no discounts etc apply here

Next Steps:

1. Once booked - please advise on this thread of your booking details (1 day or both etc) and Frank can update the list (much appreciated mate )
2. Review Channel Tunnel times and decide an appropriate leave time for the group (look at this around first week of December)
3. I will liaise with Boxsey re: hotel booking and numbers to make sure we have enough places etc (discuss over next few weeks)

All other logistics can be dealt with in the New Year 2013 IIRC.

So get cracking lads.....I dont want to be down there by myself

I'm in for both days this time, hopefully with the other big Aussie bruiser (bigunit being the first). I have not opened it up to the rest of the HSV site, as this is your show, but have notified the others that came last year.

Who needs Christmas, when you can look forward to a trip like this.
