I'm in for two days guys. I noticed in the magazine pics you're wearing crash helmets, are these required too?

Yes, all trackdays require helmets. You can hire them from the organizer for £10 per day if you don't have your own.

Also, if it's your first time on track and/or first time at Spa, book some tuition slots (£20 for 20 mins).

I'll team up as you travel through Belgium on your way to Spa.

Thank-you for the invite.

Even though it's only 3 months since we went, I'm more than happy to pencil the dates in. I won't announce anything on the HSV forum for the other Pommodore owners until the end of the year. I know that there's plenty from there that want to go.

I've got a cabriolet - are there any (trackday) issues with that?
If not, being a newbie I guess I'll need a couple of lessons.

Yes put me down for both days

I'm not aware of any issues with Cabs on track - at Donington last year there were no issues. Mind you I'm sure someone with more knowledge will chime in.

By the way, I've got a bone to pick with you, I was thinking of selling my 964 - until I saw your video

There are experts who will tell yo that a Cab is not the last word in on-limit handling...but you're not racing, you're on a trackday finding yours , and the cars, limits....in a controlled environment. A cab is fine for this....so now you have no excuse! Just make sure you have a helmet and a sense of humour and you'll fit right in....

Count me in for two days. Will be doing a few track days later this year to get some experience
