help with tail light order
Yesterday my passenger side rear tail light got loose, hanged from the car and was partially melted by the exhaust heat
Do I have to order right or left? ( is the passenger side, so left if you look from the front and right if you look from the rear of the car.)

You could use Near side N/S or off side O/S in ordering. Note N/S is the side of the car nearest to the kerb hence if car is RHD then passenger side is nearest to kerb always hence passenger side front and back areas are known as near side. Basically it removes the factor of LHD or RHD cars because passenger sides differ with respect to LHD or RHD Nearside will be the same if that makes sense lol

Why not stick with the norm and use Left or Right (tail lights are viewed from the rear) - see PET. N/S, O/S LHD and RHD terms are irrelevant because the lights don't vary for those reasons.

Guys the right and left side of the car are always the same regardless of whether the car is LHD or RHD. Sit in the drivers seat, whether it be LHD or RHD and you'll soon realize what I mean
Henry for sake of completion, you need a right tail light.

Oh really, is that why sitting on the left feels so right
Next you'll be telling us that the front and back of Boxsters are the same!

left or right....makes no difference what the car's configuration is...or which side of the road you drive on...

Some times you post and wish you can retract that post. I have overcomplicated the issue lol.
Yes left side on all cars is N/S and right side is O/S regardless where in the world the car is.
Hope I have not confused to many people now.
