lower front control arm bushes,,oe or nylon?
Really as the title says.
The car is a 1990 c4 targa its having some silvers fitted and I want it as low as I can go without messing with my newly restored bodywork.
I have 18" pws veloce on here with the recommended tyre size from Peter, I don't want to go silly low so rs would be great.
I have got some lower front arms here now and were just getting the standard bushes out, so oe or power flex or what have you got? bush wise....
It will only ever be a road car and bumping and clanking isn't what I am after,,as I am only restoring the arms as its easy now while the new suspension is going on.
thanks GAZ,,,

I've got the Chris Walrod polyurethane front bushings. No complaints here - nice and quiet and really firmed up the front end a lot. No more tramlining with 18's at ALL. Great reviews around the site from pretty much anyone who's tried them (search the 993 forum, many more hits on the subject, and their front suspension is the same as ours so it all applies).

+1 on Powerflex bushes Gaz. I had Bilsteins installed with power flex on f&r on the wishbone. The originals were a pig to get out, and had to burn then out with a torch in the end. Steering seems more responsive, and also seems to track the camber / groves in the road so more now if that makes sense.
