Aww. I live in Whitley Bay and love the lakes and would loved to have come. I saw the post on Saturday but couldn't make it yesterday. The run over through Alston/ Hartside is great. Looks like you had a great time. Hopefully I can make the next one. There are some good looking cars in those photos though - think I'd have to park mine round the corner behind those trees!
UK NE guys - if you have a NE meet (and don't a badly dressed git with D90s and flags tagging along) let me know. It would be good to hook up with you guys.

Looks like you had a great run out - sorry I couldnt make it to this event. Hopefully next time?
