Anybody have real-time experience to dictate the differences between a 7.5 inch wheel and a 8 inch wheel, especially vis-a-vis understeer/oversteer tendencies? Tramlining?
Those prices are not that much cheaper than the genuine Fuchs now being produced for the 964.

The new Fuchs just don't look like the originals. It's beyond my comprehension why Fuchs won't just make them like they used to...they gotta know that people are willing to pay money for them.

You don't mess with a Classic, is what I'm sayin'...

I like the all black center with the silver lip.

Are they still forged rims? Porsche might have an exclusive agreement with Fuch not to reproduce an exact replica. I'm sure BBS has something like that with Porsche.

Yes, forged and very light. Fronts 7.4 kg, rears 7.9kg.

I can understand the divided opinions, I get the same types of views on the existing spoiler (on the car when I bought it) and the ducktail waiting to be fitted. No idea why the spoke design has changed but like many things in the Porsche world, suspend final judgement until you see it in person.

I like it! Can you fit Porsche's center cap?

Definitely beautiful wheels...the slightly more modernized look fits well with the 964 lines.

Gorgeous car!

Think the wheels look great, I would change the script to Black and you have mentioned you have a ducktail would either fit that or go back to original spoiler the bi plane doesn`t match the period look of the wheels

Yes, I have a ducktail, it's taking time to get all of the pieces together. I should have researched it better. Tail from one place, grille from another and fixtures from yet another. The fixtures order is held up waiting for a JMH 3.6 billet badge. The cost mounts up quickly and I have yet to get the body shop to do their part.

The Techart spoiler on it now looks better in person but it will be changed. I agree it's a mishmash of styles right now. The goal is a modern homage to the 70s.

Just installed 17 7j front and 9j rears Fuchs black centers on my 93 C2 Mistress. Very happy with the results. Much better than my Cups. May need spacers at the back, still need to play with them first. 2500€ poorer but. YOLO.
