I'm worried this will go fast. Actually it would be hilarious to own something like this...probably the only way I could have two!

Buy it.
Just park it in your driveway. Never start it up. Your friends and neighbors will be quite impressed that you own TWO supercars.
It looks surprisingly convincing in the pictures. I have never seen a 911 kit car. Now I'm curious. Maybe I should buy it.

I'm pretty sure that car would provide at least 60% of the thrill of Porsche ownership for less than 20% of the typical cost of admission. Seems like a great value, lol.

Not to H8t on it too much.... its kind of entertaining. It seems like a lot of work to create a 90s version of a 912...

I kinda get your logic, Vandit, but the first time you need to get out of someone's way you'll miss the other couple of cylinders.

Not sure about 60%....a 1974 VW had maybe, what, 75 HP? Boring out that 1600cc engine to 1940cc added....?

It's a Covin lol I had one when I was 17 years old could not afford the real thing or the insurance at the time lol. Best fun I had pulled so many ladies with my fake porsche. My mates called me beetle boy. Then I moved on to a 3.2 when I hit 21 now I have a 964c2 LHD California import to Uk and a 996 C4 cab 1999 also a 996Turbo S 2005
But I still get called beetle boy by my close friends. I reckon they are envious deep down lol.

The only problem with replicas is they are held together with self tappers and are not a patch on the real thing. Probably has 4 stud wheels lol.

You mean its actually this thing underneath!? That's crazy.

You should buy it and bring to track events as the punishment car for bad behavior on the track.

The VW in decent shape is probably worth more than $3800. Those things are pretty rare.

But that kit car looks ridiculously good for $3800! That would be cool to take to a PCA meeting or concours.
