just wated to update this thread.

I have been running this exhaust for 400 miles now and I have to say it is the perfect mix for sound and noise. you can easily have a conversation in the car and it is not over bearing. no dyno yet still working out other issues with the car but I am extremly happy with power and sound and remember I come from a monster turbo before which was much louder but also a big TQ monster and I am very pleased with this setup.

Ben, how much does the muffler weigh? I will be very interested in your muffler if it weighs less than the stock piece.

I know we are asking a lot, but I was hoping for a drive by and acceleration sound track and also a view from underneath.
Keep up the good work.
What is your expected price point?

Welcome to the world of Rennlist and the more discerning Porsche 964 owner. To grab any more attention you will need to produce nice photos, dyno graphs, noise level measurements (0.5m static and drive-by) and a price list.

You will still get ignored, but at least you will have tried hard.

Point well taken considering I have been in business for 7 years you would think I would have cracked the porsche guys by now but maybe its the 964 crowd that is different?

Ben,

With all due respect, it is not the 964 crowd.

This thread seems to be lacking pictures (installed), sound clips (driving) and a price on your muffler.

I realize you are at the prototype stage but in my opinion, I would not update until you have the information listed above.

Thanks for taking this project on and I am looking forward to more information. I am a big fan--I purchased your 2 in 2 out muffler for my 78SC.

Jim

I am still interested as I love your exhaust on my friends SC. A proper sound clip and pricing and I'm sure you'll sell them easily.

No, the 964 guys are some of the best of the bunch in my opinion.

Putting it simply, there is a lot of competition out there for parts sales so the only way you can penetrate the market is by putting in the hard work, look after customers and stand by your product nomatter what. It's a hard sell for sure, and you won't get rich quick either....

Sounds we're becoming the next "R Gruppe" bunch.
964 enthusiasts, looking for ways to make their cars special and unique.
We should start thinking of our own proper group name.
