Default best analog tire gauge?

Greetings fellow porschsters. I'm on the look out for a good analog tire gauge. Since i moved to Idaho my digital gauges suffer from to-damn-cold electric seizures. Nah, want to leave em in the garage and would like an analog one anyway.

Any recommendations?

thanks, Jaime

Thanks for the input. Will check out Longacre.

BTW, ever seen what Costco uses? Nifty automated gauge that automatically puts air in the tire to the exact predetermined pressure selected. it beeps when it's done. Wonder how much one of these guys cost, you know, for the garage..

+964!

When I needed one, Steve sent me the large dial Longacre.

Like a Snap-on wrench, or Klein screwdriver it's a tool one is happy to hold and use.

No question here, just take care of it (don't drop or bash around) and it will last a lifetime.

I bought one off eBay - official Porsche one for a reasonable price. All in all very happy with it.

Intercomp tyre pressure gauge for me. Easy to use, clear to see, luminous in the dark and nice control release valve for dropping the pressure:

If you want precise, pocket sized and Porsche correct, try to find a Dräger gauge. Indestructible and very elegant. Was available on the '73 RS.
