Ok perfect, this will work out nicely. PM me your full address and phone number and I will contact you directly with the total and for payment information, or you can include in the PM. I will prepare the parts for shipping.
thanks again and I'm glad we could help everyone with the strut bar.

So now there are a bunch of guys with new strut braces of various types, do we get to see the installed product? Also, any chance of getting a weigh in on the Perfectpower, Fabspeed and rennline braces prior to install? I have this irrational burning need for a strut brace but am spoilt for choice. (I used to think I was indecisive, but now I'm not so sure).

Has anyone received their Fabspeed brace yet? I'd love to get feedback and see photos. Please post up!

After much procrastination I've gone for the Fabspeed. Alex has been kind enough to give me the RL group buy discount despite umming an arghing and dragging the chain. Thanks Geordie for setting it up and Alex for letting me in on it late.

Anyone got their one in yet?

I got mine, and did a test fit. I need to get the car into the garage and on jack stands for the install. This weekend, and I will post pictures.

My Fabspeed arrived today. Was surprised that holes on one end are elongated already and would have thought that would reduce its effectiveness. Anyway have two questions:
1. Should something be placed between the body and the brace to prevent damage to the body and if not, will this eventually be an area prone to rust the body or set up dissimilar metal corrosion?
2. What should the nuts be torqued down to?

26 Ft.Lbs. IIRC. Be careful, you don't want to snap off a strut bolt.

I just installed my KLA Industries strut brace and it is nice! It took 15 minutes to install and I've noticed a difference on high speed cornering, more stable and consistent steering.

Well, I installed mine a couple of weeks ago. It needed to be drilled a little, but I don't think that was from a design flaw in the bar, just the geometry of my car (it's old, and don't have much history).

Went to Thunderhill last weekend, and my time improved from 2:15 to 2:11. How much of that was the bar is unknown. But the car felt more solid, and didn't seem to push as much in the corners.

Very happy customer!

Hi,

I installed a KLA brace while upgrading my suspensions (went from stock to KW V1s, elephant racing tie rods, rebuilt steering rack), obviously big difference but can't comment on the brace specifically

I am wondering if this is expected:

Thanks!

I installed the Rennline 3 point version and mine does the same thing. Looks like a monoball joint there and totally normal as far as I can tell.
