Default Jack points

I searched and I read threads, but I am looking for more illustrative clarity.

Can someone annotate on this image where all the appropriate jack points are located?

Thank you.

That car has the rare electric motor upgrade - you just need a long cord.

Owner's manual has something additional about the rear jack points (which I never understood). The exact rear jacking point depends on whether one is using a 'lift' or a hand jack.

Can anybody clarify, perhaps by adding additional info to the picture?

He also has the "block the wife from interfering" rotisserie position against the garage door. Very smart.

This looks like great fun. I wish I had the time and facility to do this kind of big project, like I did when I was younger.

Has anyone had the front lift points fail? The brackets are broken away from the chassis on my '89. I plan to have them welded up when I have the rockers off for a complete paint job within about a month, but I was wondering if this is a common fault.

One of my front lift points appears to have failed, prior to me owning the car. All of them are a little bit bent. My understanding is that it is reasonably common on 964s.

Mine seem fine ('90). Where do you jack from if they're broken (just thinking ahead)?

Yep, the drivers side (RHD) on my car failed about two months ago as I was jacking it up.
Heard some strange noises and dropped it down quickly but it was toast. All due to rust.
Other 3 are fine and I bought a new one and had it welded on
