Location of 928 618 260 00 Alarm/Door lock module
The door locks and alarm on my 1990 964 both went out at same time
No fuses blown and I think its the module 928 618 260 00, anyone know where this is located? ALS0 any other ideas on what it could be (I already checked the clock)
Thanks for your time!

You should find the alarm control under your passenger seat. It should be held down with two screws and have a black and a yellow multiplug into it. The most recent part ends 03.
Hope this helps.

I'm a bit confused as to the year of your car and the unit (i.e. I assume you took out of your car) pictured above. I was of the understanding that the 1989 to 1990 model year's alarm control unit was located in the recess, under and rearwards of the right-hand luggage compartment hinge. At least that's where it is on my 1990 model year. It is internally fused and would have a P/N beginning with 928 637 104. The unit pictured above is for post 1990 model years and would be found under the passenger seat. As far as I know the clock is not a part of the alarm system. If the unit pictured above was purchased to replace your broken unit, then I believe it is the wrong model.

Just start removing things that are in the way, like the fuse box. I think I even removed the trunk lid just to make it easier to work on. But first disconnect the battery before doing any work on the car even if it's remotely related or close to electrical wires. It's been a few years but if I remember correctly there was an internal fuse I replaced .
Good Luck
