Finally got round to fitting my Cup replica brackets and washers this weekend
.
Here's a few photos that might help others:
Like Thomas I decided to glue my brackets in and because I want to keep the carpets I pulled up the carpet and cut a slot in the sound proofing so that I could glue the bracket to the tunnel:

Here's the hand tool used to put the rivnuts (popnuts) in the brackets and the raised floorboard.

This was my bank holiday project. Both sides done as per Boxsey's DIY - big thank you.
I found 40mm rise was perfect, and came about 45mm from the centre tunnel. Used 2mm aluminium to make a simple pedestal and riv-nuts x 3. Works a treat. Need to re cut the pedal board as my original one had been butchered by PO. I'll post pics when all done.

So is this the Rennline equivalent to this DIY?

It looks like it's $165/side, including the alum floorboard and proper brackets. Am I missing something?

Just bought my full race set for driver and passenger. No offense to Boxsey, he did a great job with this, but I might post the before/after and my commentary once installed here.
