I like the idea of +1" style rims of both the Cup1 and Cup2 style rims. Subtle but very effective on a 964, beefs up the look of the car. Better selection of tires, but the car still looks mostly stock.

Well, the good news is; Porsche GB are using my car for the launch night of the new 911, and are having it as their 964 representation in the showroom! Bad news is that I have to drop it off on the 1st of Dec and collect it on the 6th, so I cant bring it to the meet.

I would like to come along to meet up though, so count me in, it just wont be in the 964 if thats ok?

Good news.....i have HEV back, and she starts on the button

Turns out when the previous owner had a "new" recon starter put in, they didn't change something called the pinion bush

I wont confess to really understanding what this little bugger does, but mine was completely worn out, allowing the starter to move around, and cause it to fail.

Obviously, the guys at GTOne sorted this out for me, just a word of warning for anyone considering this as a DIY job.

Not sure if i can definitely make this Sunday, we have a big event on all weekend at work, and i feel as if i should mak e an appearance. I'll do my best to find you somewhere.
