Not my house - but one I designed for a client. This was pre-964 so the 930 and 280Z are there performing modelling duties.

Oh yes. We get a geology and soils report.
The house is supported by piles drilled about 25 feet deep - pretty standard for hillside construction.

Yea it has a tool shop in back and a full upstairs, hope to put a lift in there. But I blew my wad on the house and have no money left to fill the garage with sports cars, it's a real first world problem.
