So, took a lot of work and was so worth it..

Ground down the old epoxy and paint leaving virgin concrete…2 DAYS WITH 4 GUYS GRINDING 25 YEARS OF GREASE AND POOR QUALITY PAINT/EPOXY..

acid etched and power washed.

Industrial primer, black and slate grey stained.

Commercial clear epoxy with pearl and metallic flecks in it…

HOPE IT HOLDS UP AS ITS A WORKING GARAGE

Greasy, small, cold, unheated, liftless, and it smells like transfluid, brake clean and paint had a threesome.
