I've been following this thread at extremely long-distance, but have got to say your guy's joie de vivre in putting this thing together is very smile-producing.

Have a swell outing!

I have to admit whilst i can pedal a road car quite well karts are something totally different for me - I'm always near the lower end of the field. Seems weight has a big effect on kart performance and..well..er...

I take it you'd be heading down the M56 after that? I'll join the convoy at the bottom of the 56 or Chester Services if that is the case.

You shouldn't be hard to spot

Wikkid and I usually meet at J17 of the M60 and then go M60 - M62 - M6 - M56 (to the end) and on through to the A494 to Ruthin

Cool. Since the 56 doesn't come to an end as such anymore, I'll probably hang around the new flyover were the Little Chef is (A540).

Well for starters you can forget any of this 'We haven't been before, does anyone mind...' rubbish - that is what it's all about, Gaz.

Let me have your mate's name (or whatever he'd like to go in the list as...) and his car details and I'll add him to the list. Not sure we've anyone yet from the wirral as such, but some just at its base.

I'm originally from Wirral (Irby) and I don't bite.. I just turned up to one of these about five years ago, was made very welcome, and made some lasting friends. And you get to look at other 964's etc. and chat about things Porsche.

The Little Chef is a good point to group up for you guys on route down the M56. Its right on the junction where the A540 now runs over the end of M56 and into the A5117. Car park/fuel stop plus you can grab a brew while you wait for the rest of the convoy. I think there's guna be a lota Porka on the road that day
