make sure you are running on all 12 plugs...just checking things on my new to me magenta c2 and saw the rotor in the distributor was like totalled...the bakelite around the center part of the finger was disintegrated and apparently not functioning so i was running on 6 plugs, had been thinking she was a bit sluggish...changed both rotors, the other one was pretty much ok, BUT...its like i got a new 964 twice...! way way better ....i came from driving a 997 x51 and thought it was just a slower car, which it is comparatively, anyway, the double distributor can deceive ...

RS door panels by Appbiz. Just did this and what a nice difference. Also not terribly expensive in comparison to other mods.

+1 Love my adjustable gas pedal too. Couldn't H&T with the stock pedal. Plus what an cheap piece of plastic.

Other favorite mod = new motor mounts.

If you're motor mounts are sagging, replacing them with (any) new mounts will really tighten up your car's handling. Mine had about an inch of sag before replacing them... the engine movement cause a slightly unsettling feeling at times

There's a subtle feeling of improve directness, improved precision, a sense of oneness. Obviously just m.m. won't/shouldn't lead to a massive change, but with the sense of solidness comes an enhanced sense of playfulness. I feel as though the car is working with me just a little bit more. I'm talking about a 5% type of improvement.

Does anyone have any info about supercharger hp. And torque gains perhaps a dyno test to see where the increase happens at?
For that matter the same info for SW chip, drilling intake and any exhaust upgrades.
