The 1990 Carrera Cup cars had plastic manifolds, so, no, it wasn't before the plastic manifolds were available, just before the production street cars used them.

Maybe, Ray had it over at his shop for an oil change. It belongs to one of my good friends and vintage racing customer. Its been on our site "Moorespeed" for a while but we decided to move it on ebay in order to finance restoring another historic race car for him.

This is a super nice car & very rare Porsche......its just time for someone else to rent it from the rest of the world for a few years. If I may explain, its like a fine piece of artwork (which it is), you never really own it, you just rent it for a period of your life till some other care take comes along and takes his turn and keeps it alive for history and everyone else to enjoy.

22 cars in total (not 20 as advert says). White ones are common. What you really want is this:

No, they did not come with the car to the present owner from Japan. Seems odd but thats how it went down. I have a feeling they pulled them off to keep in storage when the car was driven on the street in Japan and forgot to include them in the sale or one of the in between brokers scarffed them up and sold them seperately. Happens more than it should.
