What is the correct battery for a 964 C4 1992? I has a Bosch Silver 7hn something or other but I cant find it. What is the correct Ah and cold start value as well as size I should be looking for?

I am using Sears Diehard batteries in my 964s. They are Battery Group Size #48 which have 700 cold crank amps and reserve capacity of 110 minutes. Others on Rennlist are running Optima batteries.

I'm pretty sure that the 75AH Silver I fitted a couple of years ago was a model 7HN. Bosch no longer make that model but the equivalent would appear to be an S5 007. It seems to be 74AH. If the car is a cabriolet you will need an 80AH battery.
