The wheels have TechArt centercaps, but I doubt that they are TechArt wheels. I have checked through their historic catalogs without finding these wheels. They are fake splits, but the bolts are steel and removable, allowing the portion of the rim under the bolt heads and a bit further out to be painted black.

There is no manufacturer name on the backside of the spokes.

Dimensions are 18" X 8" ET52 and 18" X 10" ET47, probably the best for a narrowbody 964.
