Some pictures from last weekend after working hard on the detailing of 2 red RS92. Great looking cars.

North Northumberland twisty road heaven, fantastic scenery and a sublime car to drive. Life is good!

Topped off with a pint of my favourite real ale (Farne Island) at my local with my wife and son and a chat with with the landlord who seems to like my car as much as me.

What better way is there to spend a sunny Saturday evening?

There may be better ways, but I can't think of any off hand! :-)

Cheers

We must be related bud!

Red 964s and you drink Farne Island! Our local has stopped selling it, so I have to buy it in bottled form now

Are you planning on any shows this year? Fastlane Car Show in Corbridge was great last year, and its my first of the season. Get yourself along, its only in Corbridge (great pub next door too owned by a mate who runs the show )

Hey there Chris,

Gutted! I'm away on holiday so I'll miss Fastlane again. It's a real shame as I like a run over to Corbridge - I went to school there and still have a few friends in the village.

I may have to console myself with a few scoops of ale.

What other shows are coming up locally? I don't intend to show my car but I do like to see others working hard on theirs.

How's the polishing going!

Shame about Fastlane bud, but you cant beat a holiday!

Speaking of which im off on Honeymoon tomorrow morning, so polishing will have to take a break for 2.5 weeks. I get back the Monday before Fastlane.

Ive re-polished the wheels, wet-vacuumed the carpets and cleaned the leather at the moment.

When I get back the new paint should be hard enough. Ive got to give the engine a quick once-over, clean the interior plastics and then detail the exterior. All that in one day probably?!?!
