1. H&R turbo coilovers. Kinda want to go stiffer (but not change the whole suspension again), so I'm thinking TRG sway bars may be in the future
2. G-Pipe. Oh my god that sound is amazing. Beats the pants off of my E46 M3 w/ Borlas!
3. Carbon Fiber MAShaw RSA wing. I love the look. (And, about 10 lbs of weight savings from the rear end)
4. As trivial as this sounds, replacing the wing control switch with a little package box from Pelican. Perfect spot for cellphone + little odds and ends!
5. Drilled Airbox. Again, sound.
6. Michelin Pilot Sport 2's. Great grip in dry and wet.

Wouldn't do again:
996TT repro wheels. Heavy, and a waste of $$ IMO. Lookin at some lightweight 18" options now.
