Default 8 & 9.5 CUP 1

Did Porsche actually make these wheels? I've never heard of 9.5 before... I thought they only came in 7 & 9.

Thanks!

Huh? You mean 964 nb? I think these are the wheels that came on the 964 Cups.

Bob, Have you seen or do you know anything about the ET47 9.5 that supposedly was offered later in the 964 CUP history?

Yup, there is some more info in this recent thread:
https://rennlist.com/forums/showthre...5&page=2&pp=15

FWIW, they're getting harder to find. There is a certain rennlist member, who I won't mention, who seems to have cornered the market on these.
I mean, I've only got 1 set, he's got 3
964 Cup owners should share.......Andy, are you listening

I now have 2 3/4 sets...about to be 3 full sets.

I have found one full new set (in Porsche boxes) in the US and numerous 9.5s in Germany.

I think there are only two 9.5 inch wheels from Porsche, the earlier 9.5 X 17 68 mm offset and the 9.5 X 18 47 mm offset 3 piece used in the '93-'94 season.

Both were made by Speedline.

OK, why is it I'm the only person who can't seem to locate these
I'd be happy with just 2 sets.

The question I need to ask....will they fit on a narrow body '91 964 without spacers??

Front rims 17 x 8 with 52 offset
Rear Rims 17 x 9.5 with 47 offset

Thanks!

the only 47 offset out there from porsche in 17" is a winter 996 wheel.
the cup 1's 17" were only 68mm offset (sorry late again to the party) the 18" speedlines were 47" (need to verify the MS parts list again for 92/93)
but anywhoo.... Motorsports only called out these 2 wheels for the 964 cup cars. No 47mm in 17" for the 964 or the 993
