Post Window Switches - 4 this yr!! Any Suggestions?

This is getting old.

I like to drive with the windows down and expect to replace the power window switch one a year. This year i've been through 4 of these puppies.

It's not the cost - $15 ea - just a complete pain in the @#s. Has anyone found another product that's stronger, more reliable??

Tks

Hmmmm....

Maybe I use the windows too much. Burned up 4 this year making a total of 6 in 3 1/2 yrs.

The rocker spigot breaks every time. A mechanical failure.

Didn't know I was so strong. Maybe I should get a cab and leave the roof down.

If it's a physical failure, as opposed to electrical, you have enough dead switches around that you can make one out of a stronger material, like aluminum, which you can anodize black. Just a thought for an alternative....

I got one replaced under warranty, bought a new one - $18 so now I'm covered if anything happens in the next 2 yrs.

Keep the reciepts!
