Give JZ Machtech a try. They do these type of conversions.

If I am not wrong they should be around £5 to £6k just for the conversion + you will have to change a whole bunch of other things (like the chip, brakes, etc). All in all I would allow around £10k in the bank to be comfortable of having it done properly.
I have a friend which has done this at JZ's, can give you more details if you want.
