Who me? Winter beater '02 TRD 5 Speed, I've been restoring it but I think i'm going to consolidate it and my Cayenne Diesel into one vehicle. Super fun truck, it rips in the snow.

We have an 03 that we bought new as young kids . The wife will never sell it. TRD Limited Pre-runner - it has the look and we are in Florida, so .
Today I decided that I'll be pulling my 93 500e out of long term hibernation to drive this spring & summer. Actually quite excited because it's been a long time since I've seen it.
So had my 964 C4 triple black Cab for twelve years. Had the excruciating experience of a planet gears explosion and the resulting huge cost of a repacement gearbox followed by another huge cost of rebuilding the replacement one. I really loved that car but reached the point where I was scared it would go bang again!
After 42 years of installing, upgrading and fixing massive Mainframe Computers for Amdahl Corporation I finally retired and decided to sell it to fund a retirement dream of moving to Barbados and buying a small hotel or B&B. I'd paid about £9K for her in the early 2000's and sold her for £26500 which at the time was about right. Went over to the Caribbean a few times looking for a property, finally decided it wasn't the place for me (too hot and too small and isolated for me) fabulous destination for a few weeks but not to live!
Finally decided to move down to the West Country in UK and bought a smashing pub with rooms in North Devon. Been here five years now but wouldn't have had the money to decide what to do or visit Barbados and St. Lucia so many times if I hadn't sold the 964 - I have forgiven her for exploding her gearbox now.
Hope you lot will forgive me, if you search for my old posts (I guess they're still on here somewhere) you'll see I had some fun and games back in the day - here is a pic of her and a pic of what I drive now.....
Picked this up a few months ago. Getting it ready for its first track day soon. it is a shame I am about to take this #1 condition GT4 and turn it into a track/street car.
