Default Help finding a Philly repair shop

Hi All,
Bought a 944 Turbo about 10 weeks back. Knowing that the car had a number of oil leaks I brought it to a local Philadelphia Porsche Repair shop for gasket/seal work. Let's just say that the 8 week process has been a nightmare and I'm left with a car that still has leaking oil. The shop was awful at communication, negligent, caused cosmetic damage etc. The list goes on and on.

Does anyone have a great repair shop in the Philadelphia area that I can trust to get this right? Thorough communication, estimate for work up front, keeps a clean shop etc.

Thanks in advance!

Which shop did you go to? I'm just across the bridge.

I used to work in a shop (not specifically Porsche but they work on a lot of them) near Huntingdon Valley PA (just NE of Philly). It's called AutoTronics ( http://www.autotronicspa.com/ ), they are extremely trustworthy and very good with communication. If you call them tell them that Ethan suggested them to you. You will probably talk to Owen, he runs the office.

Good luck.

Still working through disputing the work that was done so don't want to mention the shop by name. They are located in Broomall PA.

Thanks for everyone's help. I was able to find another shop outside of Philadelphia on a number of recommendations. They gave the entire car a once over and sure enough - they confirmed that the work that was done will all need to be redone and there we a number of areas that needed to be addressed that were not on the car. Hoping to have the car back in a couple of weeks and back to full health!

I'll post pictures and details of what was done once I have her back!
