Good to know.

Please do keep us all posted when you figure out how you'd want to handle upgrades. I'd like to stay with the "most current" stuff.

yeah, curious as to what all we will need to be up to date. So when we do get the upgrade we will be able to tune/log correct?

Joshua, are you still doing the reprogramming on chips, like say I got bigger injectors for my A-tune, who do I send it to to get updated?

The new chip daughterboard allows you to Tune with either an Ostrich emulator, or an EEPROM burner.
Logging is still the same hardware, and works for any M-Tune version:

so if i order the logger now will I get the new software with it? so then all i have to do is get the ostrich, where is the best place to get that?

Asking this here to spread the information - hopefully this will answer others questions too:

* Does the new chip board mean you no longer require the DME for modification in order to use the tuner?

* If I order the tuner package thru your website, will it come with an Ostrich emulator?

* I already have your logger. Is there a new version of the logger to go along with the chip board? And I would just need the new chip board for tuner capabilities?

* Is there a way to purchase the chip board alone (would you prefer I purchase the chip board alone and get the Ostrich myself)? Personally, I would just assume order the tuner kit from our website and get the chip/board and emulator all together at once.

* If I want to run the Ostrich emulator, does this mean I'll be running two boxes (logger + Ostrich), or does one of the boxes (Ostrich?) provide both tuning and logging?

* Tuning with EEPROM burner: please expand on this - I imagine something like I log files, look at them off-line and adjust tune, burn the new tune in the EEPROM, log again, etc. ? But this seems like it would require additional features in the logger (or maybe features I haven't seen/used yet)?
