Obviously you can do the design and get a price quote quickly, but would you be willing to share as an example what your spiffy coil mount cost to do?

$22.44 per bracket, but I ordered 5 since buying a single one cost nearly as much as 5. I used seriously thick aluminum too, so probably costs less with more traditional 14-16 gauge steel. You can use their sample file to get a sense for the pricing of different materials and quantities...

That's a fabulous price.
I've got some CAD work to do now.
Thank you for sharing this with us!

Also, don't bother with what units are displayed (which will be mm by default). Just design in inches and ignore the indicated units. So if you want something to be 25.4mm long, for example, enter it as 1 (even if it shows as 1mm when designing)... The big blue saw system will read that as 1 inch (25.4mm) -- at least when using a freecad DXF export. The Big blue saw has it's own simple online cad system too, which I didn't try but looked very easy/simple....
Thanks, got it to work! (also had to rotate the part to make sure it was in the X-Y plane since that's what DXF outputs)

Looks like just over $210 for a single 1/2" 6061 bellhousing adapter. $150 if I do 3/8" 6061. $200 for 304SS 1/2"
Super reasonable, especially for one-off singles.

Very reasonable.
Maybe someone with excellent measuring skills and cad time could draw up some one-piece control arms (to be later line-drilled for pivots/balljoints)?

That's a really cool site, you can make all kinds Of adapters, even gaskets.

I'm thinking the triangular downpipe, and the square one between the cat and muffler -- and maybe cross-over to turbo? Any others worth making?

headgasket? or too complicated?

Think anyone could make some intake manifold flanges for 8v/16v? Maybe just add injector bosses later?

Don't bother with PNG if you're trying to do something accurate. Use DXF instead. Here are some hints for formatting files for use with Big Blue Saw:

Simon, is the copper you list online annealed?

Depends on what thickness you order. If you've got a special requirement for that, let me know by e-mail and I can make sure you get the right material and temper.
