Default CAD file for 3-bolt downpipe flange gasket?

Anyone have a solidworks or other CAD file for the flat copper gasket people use between the downpipe and catalytic converter/testpipe? I know they are available at lindsey, etc., but interested in doing my own... Thanks

This gasket...

If no one has a file already, I can measure the one I have a tonight. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes model it, at work, tomorrow.

Would just a .sldprt do?

Why not...you know...just trace it...on a new piece of copper...

I'll go outside now.

I've done that before -- in fact the picture above is home-made traced gasket. Just thought it would be nice to have them CNC cut with choice of material, etc.

I have the tools and had a few minutes to spare, so here is a SLDPRT file.
It is in SW 2001+ and therefore compatible with later versions.

Not knowing how to attach a SW file, I camouflaged it as a zip file, so just save it and remove the ".zip".

The dimensions are based on an OEM cat-pipe flange (which mates to the downpipe) and I selected a random .080" thickness.

The link Laust provided is still good. Download it, then removed the .zip extension, so that it ends in .sldprt Then it can be recognized and opened as a SolidWorks part file.

I just downloaded it and compared it to the one I made a few years back. His is for a stock diameter flange, mine is for a true 3" flange. They can both be used on a stock flange, but its better to use the stock sized gasket with a stock sized flange.
