I'm about to get a lot of work done to get my car running perfectly, Clutch job is a must, since the engine is coming out. I will be using a Kep stage1 pp, but I don't know if I can get away using a stock clutch or a sach sport clutch. I want as close to stock pedal feel, but the car will have a Vitesse stage 2 turbo with the hope of 320-340whp.
Any recommendations?

The KEP stage 1 increases the pedal effort a minimal amount, i would estimate 10-15% stiffer than stock. It is hardly noticeable once you get used to it; the pedal on a stock pressure plate is already quite light, so this just makes it feel like a normal car.

Over-rated? I have no idea..
I just don't want to have to tear into the car later, regretting not having upgraded the clutch.
It's hard to decide and make a good choice, since it's human nature to not mention a mistake they have made, especially when you have spent a lot of money on something.
I am just trying to get good advice, I want to be able to drive my car without hating something that takes away from the enjoyment of driving.

I have a KEP1 with the 951 cup disk in my car, which has well over 350rwhp. It is 100% as smooth to engage as the stock clutch/pp. The pedal is stiffer than stock, but by comparison it is still lighter than the stock clutch on my old '85 911. It's well within the range of normal street car pedal pressure, just stiffer than a stock 951. For your needs, it is the perfect clutch.

My 'mistake' was trying to go with the Fidenza Aluminum FW along with the KEP I/930 disk. It was a popular choice at the time but others beat me on the install and had problems getting full clutch release. One tried/valid solution was the KEP/930 with stock FW, so I sold the Fidenza and put on a lightened stock unit. I also sent a fork off to Blazack and had him work his magic on it (including replacing the needle bearings with bronze bushings).
