Default 16v head cfm numbers

As i'm working on preparing the car for big hp numbers in the future, i'm wondering what the cfm numbers for the 944 are. For the 8v and the 16v head.. Anyone has those?

Some 928 4v numbers (Not sure how valve size compares to the 944 stuff since I know the 2v heads differed):

The numbers add up very well to the fact that at just 1.6 bars 3.0 liter S2 engine made 670 whp...

Are you saying in theory or an actual whp figure you know of?

From the actual whp figure of course, it is this car: https://rennlist.com/forums/944-turb...y-joujaam.html

I'd forgotten that car. Looked very positive. Would have like to see the 100-200kmh times to perhaps equalise dyno figures. Running that hp at the wheels with stock pistons on 98 oct at 1.6bar is indeed fantastic!

And now i'm thinking.. My head is already mildly ported as well.. I'm really curious what my engine will do!

670WHP means 788HP in the engine. That works out to 303hp on an non turboed S2 engine. I find that VERY hard to believe. For a comparison my turboed S2 engine made 353whp at 0.8 bar and should be just over 500whp at 1.6bar. This means close to 230hp as a NA engine, which is a more reasonable number.

Be sure test pressures are the same if you're comparing flow numbers. The 928 indicated 28" wc. What's your test pressure Shawn?
