Agreed, he has always come through with great customer service.
I bought some front fenders for him, he offered to bring them to a PCA event at CA Speedway that I was attending that weekend no charge, but I ended up picking them up from his house.
He shipped me a nose panel for an extremely reasonable rate.
And, I needed a set of stock fuel injectors recently as I wanted to get mine cleaned/flow tested but couldn't have any downtime. He pulled a set from a car he had and shipped them directly to RC Engineering for me; he also printed out a out a form/letter for RC that I sent to him and included it in the shipment. RC shipped the refreshed injectors straight to my shop. It worked out great.
