Do the lines come off of the reservoirs for install or do you have to cut holes to fit the entire cylinder through?

NO!!!! If you do that, you'll introduce air into the system. You have to cut a big hole. I run mine like David does, but mount to the roll bar for a little bit easier access. On the fronts, they are on the inner fenders. WIll try to get some pictures.

Thanks that would be great. Any idea where I get the plastic circles and the rubber boots for the lines?

I gotta 2 sets of of the Penske mounts from longacre to mount the rears to my roll cage.

And I used 2 x 1 1/2-in conduit clamps I got at Lowes to mount the front ones in the engine bay, my car is slightly modified so they are where the blower originally was.

I went ahead and ordered the roll bar mounts. I'll go to lows in a while. Bob do you have pics of your mounting?

The first 2 are the front mounts the 1 1/2-in conduit clamp is in silver. The third is the rear mount on the role cage. You will want to line the clamps with felt.
