Aluminium sheet and rivets!

I am doing it, right now! :-)
I will put a rubber seal on the fender side as my fenders are removable.
And the rivets! ;-)

It is making some progress again. Acquiring parts and cold weather slowed things quite a bit. I got a bunch of Lexan and a wing this week. Next project is mounting the seat so I can decide which pedal box to get. Now I just need time to do it. Thanks again for sharing.
Wow, very good job Tsmith84! Nice car!
I now respect the work and the time involved in this kind of project...
I will install my Lexan hatch this week too.
Do not hesitate if you want more pics or details. Yesterday I found a trick for the fuel door! ;-)
What wing do you plan to use?

I have a 60" fiberglass wing from gt racing. Let me know how it goes putting the lexan into the frame. I may reach out to an auto glass guy when it comes time, as well for the lexan windshield.

Thank you guys!

The car is great and fast. I had the opportunity to go on the track with Chris Green at the wheel (Pro driver in the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Canada) and he loved the car. Actually Chris knows very well the 944 platform as he did a lot of races with it. Chris is very fast and I learned a lot about my car with him at the wheel. Awesome driver!

Should be around 2500 lbs. TBC with the corner balancing in the next few days.
