I am using about 1qt about every 750 miles.
Leak down test shows 4, 4, 5, 4.
No oil in intake.
Turbo seals dry.
I had a neighbor follow me and he observed blue smoke under hard acceleration and hard deceleration. He said it was not a cloud but definitely noticeable.
Should I be concerned?

If it is valve seals, is a big deal to just leave it and burn oil?
If it is valve seals wouldn't it show blue smoke revving high in neutral?

I have a very similar situation ... That is the only part of the car ( bar only a few others) that I haven't dug into

The only thing left suspect if you can rule out the turbo and rings, would be the head. Altho heads will tend to smoke on startup, after the oil pools around the valves. You can pull the intake after it has been sitting to check the intake valve seals. Some people have pulled the intake to see oil sitting on top.
