Default took the new combo to the track..Success??

I think it's a success.

I ran it at very low boost all night. It was a regular bracket car race so you get 2 time runs and then rounds.

I got there late so I had to tech in and go right to the lanes since it was my class' time trial. I had my tool box, sub woofer, jack, and many other items in the car. The car was also heat soaked from the drive.

Since this was my first time racing this year I was very nervous with everything being new and all. I launched it way too low and bogged it horribly. So much so It almost died. It did recover and go a 13.0 at 110. Actually pretty good considering. That is what I ran last year with anti lag and more boost.

I let it cool down and got all my crap out of the car and dialed it in a little bit. I launched it at 3800rpm and it came out OK with a 2.18 60'. That is actually a horrible 60' in comparison to what I was doing last year with all the trickery. It went 12.63 @ 114.85mph. There was a 10 mph headwind on that run so I bet it would have gone at least 117 and probably a couple tenths quicker.

I then went into rounds. I hate bracket racing really and I suck at it!!! Again I sucked at it being way to anxious and launching it at 5000rpms. Smoked the tires horribly bad in first and second and then had to get off it to recover. By that time the race was over and I just aborted it. with a 13.5@109.

Now for the specs of how I ran it.

Boost controller off. Looking at the logs this equaled less than 12 psi for most of the runs. It barely broke 12.2psi in any gear at any load.

I had my regular street tires on that won't hook up really well.

I short shifted most of the time with only one gear going to 6700 rpm all night.

here are a couple photos of the logging of the runs. Take a look at the MAP in particular as well as the conservative timing. High fives if you can tell me what setup this is and where it gets it's data

It's easier for me just to use snapbucket and automatically load them to photobucket.

Sid, so that's a stock crank you have in there that's been offset ground?

good work sid...similar time to your old set up ~400 rwhp on low boost so more reliable. Time for wider tires and up the boost.

I am surprised you got any traction dumping the clutch at that RPM. I can break the street tire in 2nd gear at will.

The data looks like what VR was talking about last year.

Not the piggyback, but something else.

That's TunerPro! I'm using it on my 3 turbo cars, very nice.
How did you get coolant temp? The dash looks different than mine.
