I'd have to agree David. Less than $700 for all that sounds cheap to me.

Forgive my ignorance, but is this thread about the monoblock calipers, or the regular big reds?

I have a set of 996tt monoblocks that I want to mount to my 968. I got it with the 996tt rotors. Can I use those rotors on my car or should I use cayenne rotors? And as for adapters, is this what you want to make?

Alot of misinformation about the 996TT calipers. They are MONOBLOCK. The 996TT front rotor is 330 x 34 but I have yet to find the ET or offset dimension and the flange thickness which would translate the adapter dimension differences when mounting the calipers to the Cayenne 330 x 32 rotor of known dimensions.

I didn't take a picture of the rotor thickness side by side, or pull weights of the pieces to compare, but this should work out quite nicely! and will still allow use of 17 inch wheels!
John,

Do you know who made the slotted rotors? I am about due for new ones.
