A maf would help out. I'm running 26/6, #55, stock downpipe and exhaust, and i'm at 272 rw. with mafterburner. with your turbo and exhaust you should get a good size jump with a maf and tuning.

Most of us don't need more than a stock 951 or 944 for that matter, both plenty fast..... but one hit on that HP crack pipe and you are never the same again.

Hp crack pipe haha that's funny. I don't want the hp for the speed factor just so I have it I like the feel of getting pinned in the seat such as my dads (jbrown) 930 driving his car makes mine feel like a corolla. But I feel 330to 350 is a good number . I don't want to go crazy. But what do you guys think I need to do to make my car hit that number ?

@seattle that seems like a lot of power with A 26/6 and now downpipe ? I know you can get around 270wheel with a 26/6 that had to be a dyno jet? If I was on a dyno jet I would hit 330 wheel

You wont notice a big difference between 300rwhp and 330 i can tell you that much and a MAF alone will not give you 30-50whp . If you want 350whp buy the maf port the head and maybe change the cam, or bigger injectors, maf + higher boost and better fuel will get you there but why bother ?

yeah im going to get a MAF i might go with #83 instead of #55 i was told you should not run the boost past 18 psi due to head lift is that true? also i was looking into a cam what cam would you guys use ?

Yea I maxed out the turbo for sure. I am shooting for the same range as yourself so I upped to a LR61. I hit 270 with a stock dp and only a 3" cat exhaust. I figured I better order the exhaust if I'm going to the 61. I think I was on a dynojet just from looking at my numbers. I just hit the hp crack pipe and I'm off the deep end.
have you thought about going with a maf, tuning, and running 17psi? I'm not sure but that might put you close to your target.

You'd think there would be more aftermarket camshaft options by now since the 951 and 944 both could benefit greatly from them
Something about just having a random guy at a shop who isn't familiar with these engines custom grind one kind of worries me.

yeah a dyno jet makes more sence with 272 wheel hp, but i hit 299.8 well 300 wheel on 16 psi on a dyno tune. so hopfully a maf and extra psi of boost will brig me around 310-315 on a dyno pack and 340ish on a dyno jet but what are the other mods i can do to bring up my hp since i did all the bolt on i could ?

The only things I can see you don't have besides engine work would be a 3.0FPR, water/meth (I know it's a huge debate on if this actually adds hp), maf, intercooler. I plan on running the devils own water/meth kit and running two separate dynos to see what the results are. Their are plenty of threads on that stuff.

I'd say that power is rather good for a k26/6 hopefully I can put that down once I remove my cat and get my new injectors from Josh.
