A MAF may not give you all the hp gains you want, regardless of your set up, but any reduction in air flow restriction will provide gains. If not hp, you will pick up spool up rpms thus broadening the previous tq curve.

I know just going from my huntley 3" maf to the 90mm Lightning maf there was a major difference.

It boils down to getting as much air in as fast as you can and as much of that air out as fast as you can. So anything that aids in that process is beneficial.

Do you think that includes an open wastegate dump? I know it's generally tied in and I ordered a 3" exhuast from lindsey but figured I could weld it myself later and save myself the $100. I can't imagine having an open wastegate dump would make that much difference.

if you get the M-Tune or Vitesse (you choice, both good) the difference is day and night. you'll pick up a lot of bottom end/off boost power, and you'll increase your on boost power also.

have you thought about going with a maf, tuning, and running 17psi? I'm not sure but that might put you close to your target.
270 with a Stock K26 ..? Well i guess you just proved JBrown correct ..

That was 270whp peaked at 20psi with LR mafterburner, cat back only exhaust, 26/6. It peaked at 20 even though i was running right around 18-19. I can post the dyno this weekend.

I did do 260whp and 282wtq with 26/6 with only autothority chips...
And yes I let off really early due to issues with the CV (immediate loss of boost).

Supposed to be 15 psi.
Your tq is high because of the boost.

Yea prob. I'd like to run about 16psi so I ordered up LR 61. I'm not looking to hijack this thread anymore than I have. Sorry about that.

I'm not sure if their is much more you could do without maf or cams.

Supposedly 15 psi... That would be with the banjo bolt marked accordingly. However there was no boost gauge in the car at the time.
