My top has not generated any noises at any speeds. I have to say, I love having this top on the car. For me, I and I speak for myself, I thank Pilkington for this reentry of the Saratoga Tops and it is certainly better than the original hard top I had on my car.

So should I contact Pilk, or am I being too picky?

I found there was wind noise with my top above 100 kph. I folded up an envelope and stuffed it under the metal tabs on both sided to fix it as I was on the road. This winter I think I will glue a small rubber shim onto the metal tab so it will snug down just a little more. I certainly don't want to increase the bend on the metal tab attached to the glass for fear of damage.

It was very tight when I fist installed it.
The passenger side front edge glass seems be be popping up a little....

Mine is not very tight either Eddie. I would be worried about this thing flying out at high speeds even with it down. The wind noise is much louder than the factory hard top, but I still like the view with it installed.
