I know that during the week Traci typically monitors the support address, and Dave only responds to email sent directly to him. Who knows about weekends though... they may actually take a break from work ;-)

They are normally VERY prompt on email responses during the week.

The problem is on your end. Sent out an order last week with a question, first thing next day got a response. Every time I call a person answers during business hours. Their customer service has always been first rate. Why didn't you call them???

^^^ I usually like to call people and speak to them, rather than send an email or leave a message. Otherwise, it just leaves the ball in the other guy's court, and who knows when he'll send it back.

Not saying anything negative about LR or anyone for that matter. In fact, I agree with you Brian 100%, as every time I've called them during regular business hours, Traci picks up. And I could recite what she says when she does too!

I just prefer speaking directly to someone, so was only wondering if they work tomorrow. It's not a huge panic anyways, I can wait until Monday.

I work shift work and often busy during the day..my question was not a priority just looking into options for my mbc. Often email is an easy way to get in touch unless I need an answer fast. I also appreciate how busy a buisness can be and don't want to call and tie up a line for something that is not urgent. Like I said never had an issue before and it's not an issue now. Will try again Monday or call if I get a chance.
