Default 69 degrees in late December...

Took the 51 out to the lake for a nice 69 degree drive. Keeping was a good decision!

Carry on.

Gonna be in the 60's here this weekend too... Too bad I'll be 200 miles from home with the Avalanche full of people. Oh well!

Its going to be 60 degrees here in Kansas City, MO tomorrow. Which is good because my radiator failed so I have to replace that instead of hanging out riding my RZ350. I hate how one project takes away from the other.

Came up to OK City with the wife for New Years... Given the weather, I SERIOUSLY considered trailer the 951 up for the pure enjoyment. But we decided to only stay one day. I did stop by Lindsey Racing, albeit unannounced but they were fairly busy. Didn't get to see that yellow beast but maybe next time.

Weather is just awesome.

72 and sunny today back home in DFW Matt. Took youngest out (finally) this afternoon to big parking lot at TMS near us and introduced him to the world of manual transmissions. First showed him the old clutch set up out of my 951 and explained how it worked. Let him step on the throw out bearing in the pressure plate and gave him a good idea of what's going on down there. Then a couple of hours in the sun in the Cayman. Good guy stuff. Except for the smell driving back home..........

Buildin' memories! Awesome.

Another beautiful day in Texas... I am torn between the Sportster or the 951! Can I say that on a Porsche forum?

Wichita Falls. I see you're in Dallas. Are you involved in the PCA down there? I'm on the FB page and I keep the Mav PCA calendar in my scan... problem is, alot of the events are Sundays or during the week.

Hey Matt O, I'm Matt Platts on the Mav region FB page. We definitely need to plan an outing one weekend soon... there were 3 of us last time, we need to double that (or more) for our next event!
