Default Broken/need part (coupler at trans cooler) (PICS)

Went to Cars and Coffee today and heard an intermittent "click, click". Looks like the bolts on the passenger side half shaft at the transaxle loosened and one completely backed out. The "strap" spun around and took out the housing that couple the cooler line. Guess I should have stopped IMMEDIATELY!

Looks like a simple repair if I can get the piece...maybe I can buy the whole external cooler from someone with a broke transmission?

Lart?

Oh...and a bolt to replace the missing one at the transaxle/half shaft.

Suggestions

those I dont have anymore last one I sold it went for $ 50.00 , but damiza has a ton of them for cheap I believe $ 200.00, but even if I had it, I have been informed by IB that I can sell on the forums no more, so you guys are stuck with high prices from the other guys, no more $ 1500.00 AOR's etc etc .

what I can see is the housing of the pump gear for the cooler that broke, I think you might be able to braze that part with HD2000

Hopefully you have the triple square (12 pt) socket required to tighten your half shaft bolts. The bolts should only be used once as they stretch when originally torqued and lose some of their elasticity ever time they are used after that.

I dont want to sell for free, I applied for a sponsorship, they denied the sponsorship on the basis that IB dont like the kind of business that I do on this forums(used parts) now they say since I am a former-sponsor and a shop owner( yes 1 employee shop ME from my garage) I can't sell anymore. Anyway I kind of understand it probably has to do with my problem, soon it will be over hopefully than they will change their mind.

Sorry to see that, Rick. Be careful with the gasket under it. I tore mine getting it off, but cleaned the surfaces and used RTV and hasn't seeped since.

Luis, hang in there, and keep checking your PMs as many of us need "advice" frequently...

Rick, let me know if you need local parts. Dave Mock of 44 and More parts may have what you need, he's in Kennedale/Arlington. He had a garage sale recently to clean out a bunch of old stuff as he transitions from 944's to 911's, but I'm sure he's still got stuff around.
