ATL 944 disassembly and lunch Sep 17th
I am planning another 944 gathering/parting party on Saturday Sep 17th. Will have a 1988 944 turbo S to part and a partial 1986 turbo as well. I'll probably get started around 8:00 in the AM and we'll do lunch at noon. Even if all you can stop by for lunch that would be great! Last one of these we had 5 or 6 Porsche there and 13 folks were able to show up at one point or another.
First car - 1988 944 turbo S with 160k miles complete car.
2nd car - 1986 944 turbo - previous fire damage car with no title, no motor, no trans, no wheels, no splitter

Anyone of you southern gents who ever THINKS about getting a car from up north needs to go so you'll all see what I mean when I tell you I won't even consider one!
Josh, is the 86 Rick's old car, I assume? Did he ever tell you what it ran at Road Atlanta? I heard 1.33's, but that was teh old configuration. Track car its whole life, IIRC.

Going with the pack
is quite monotonous.

Pretty sure I saw that first car coming south (on a trailer) down 75 while I was heading up to Chattanooga yesterday.
Can't make it the 17th though :\
